Residential Service

Southwestern Pest Services provides interior and exterior pest control service for the treatment of insect and animal pests. Depending on what pest in disturbing your enjoyment of your home, we will use one or more liquids, aerosols, gel baits, liquid baits, solid baits, dusts, vapors or mechanical methods to treat the problem.  We will perform a thorough inspection of your home prior to beginning our treatment.  This inspection will include the interior and exterior of your home.  It may also include the attic or crawl space if you live in a pier and beam home.  Our Certified Applicators will discuss our services and recommendations with you before starting any treatments.

Our services include interior and exterior spraying, non-liquid baiting, pre and post-construction termite treatments, rodent control, exterior granular yard baiting, fogging, animal trapping (no snakes), honeybee treatment and/or removal, and crawl space and attic treatments.

Among the pests we treat for are cockroaches, fleas, ticks, earwigs, crickets, termites and other wood destroying insects, rats and mice, ants, carpenter ants, pharaoh ants, bees and wasps, pillbugs, beetles, bed bugs, cicada killer wasps, spiders, web worms, scorpions, flying insects, millipedes, fire ants, and countless other critters.  We have various plant oils and "organic" products available for sensitive accounts. 

Commercial Service

Our company provides interior and exterior service as described above for apartment complexes, office buildings, restaurants, warehouses, nursing homes, assisted living centers, schools and day care centers, hotels and motels, import and export operations, and other businesses.

We can provide one time service or develop an ongoing regular service at repeated intervals.  Our Certified Applicators will discuss your pest issues and determine the frequency of service.  We currently have weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual programs with a variety of clients.  Our services are provided at mutually convenient times so as to limit the disruption to your business activity.

Rodent Control and Animal Trapping 

We have several techniques available to dispose of these animals.  Rodents can feed on solid and liquid baits, get caught on glue boards, be eliminated using heavy duty plastic snap traps, ingest toxic powder, or be removed using live traps.  Homes and businesses with significant infestations can be surrounded with lockable rodent feeding stations.  Following elimination of the rodent infestation, their entry points can be mechanically closed up. 

Larger animal like raccoons, opossums, feral cats, skunks, and others are best removed using live traps.  These are positioned in appropriate areas with food attractant placed inside the traps.   Once caught, the offending animals is taken to a remote area and released.

Sometimes rodents or other animals die inside structures and leave an odor.  We have methods to remove these odor.
